I’m mad that this book isn’t absolutely huge. It’s just as good as The Hunger Games or Fourth Wing, but it hasn’t been promoted by the publisher nearly enough. It’s absolutely amazing! And they cut it from a trilogy, which would have made more sense, to a duology. Yet another case of Big Publishing slighting a black author and a work that absolutely deserved better. This is one of my favorite science fiction series, and it did not get the hype it deserves.

Beware, don’t get too attached to anyone. Nobody can be trusted.
