Hello fellow science fiction fans! I have been a book content creator on Instagram and Tiktok, but my most important work yet will be on Bindery! I have been an avid sci-fi reader since I was a child, but as I grew, I noticed that most science fiction was written by white male authors. And most of the books they wrote were the same thing, over and over again. Because without varying perspectives, any art becomes stagnant. I am here to read, recommend, and promote sci-fi written by women, black and brown people, the LGBTQIA+ community, and authors with disabilities. The publishing community has long known there was a problem in diversity from the readership, but because of access to platforms like Tiktok, our voices have been heard, and change is happening, slowly, but with the work we are putting in, surely!
